I tend to think of newbies as people who are just lost. I no longer feel lost so i do not think of myself as a newbie. EVERYONE needs to learn new stuff or you will no longer grow your business. i don't think that makes a newbie. 20 years is too long of a benchmark.

Why the 20 year mark? If your definition of a newbie is the number of years and not the amount of experience, you get your definition mixed up I think.
