For those that don't know... the tentacles thing is mostly a turn-on for people because of the "rape" aspect of it. I find the artwork to be interesting and maybe these surfers are just big fans of the artwork.
Plus some people are probably turned off by hardcore and toons give them a way to view adult material without being disgusted.
