I've seen a couple of posts regarding keeping business and family seperate. I can agree with that to a point. It doesn't do any harm if they know what you do just as long as they do not influence your decisions. Never hire family unless you know they are a good candidate for the job. For example I brought my wife on about a year and half ago. It didn't work out but she attended the florida internext show with me and others. She did such a good job I decided to give her one more shot. I am so happy I did. She has been doing excellent.

I know that some people's families just wouldn't understand at all. But for the others that their families would not care one way or another, it's better to be honest with them.
