Im selling the system that consists of 2 parts:
billing system and virtual cash system with online payments

1)Billing system
Its a fully developed billing system for accepting payments online for any products/services/memberships.
Consists of webmasters section, advertisers section, members, administration and other.

2)Virtual cash - the system like paypal.com etc. and its integrated in a billing system
How it works:
ppl register for an system account, and then can deposit their account, withdraw funds, pay to merchants that accept payments using this system (in other words, pay for products/services/memberships that are registered in a billing system), and send payments to another users

What do you get:
domain name with designed site
same name company, registred in Gibraltar(offshore)
SLL certificate for this domain and company
fully developed software

What do we do:
