Cuba is bad ass. Been there 3 times. As an American, you have to go to the Bahamas first (About $200 RT) from Florida then about another $150-200 to Cuba.

I am sure there are other ways but this one seems the most practical.

Everything is dirt cheap. You think Thailand is cheap...Cuba is like double the money but you use US dollars. A girl cost about $15 all night. The Internet would definately be a problem accessing however I would imagine. I wasn't stupid enough to ask and I didn't bring my laptops.
