I am dying here, I am drugged up on tylenol cold/flu I need to be ready for Vegas. I did shots off Zycam up my nose , what else is there to use?

been going through the same shit this week also although its not as bad as the flu.
Take a cup of warm water, mix in 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and gargle.
Also squeeze lemon juice into a cup and mix with honey and take a few spoon fulls every now and then. It tastes pretty good, soothes the throat, and should help overall.
Besides that drink plenty of tea with honey and lemon.

Tylenol Cold, NyQuil (the big fuckin' Q in green death flavor) and Vicks Vapor Rub always work for me. Not homeopathic, though.

Oh yeah, and chicken soup really does help. Put LOTS of garlic in it. Garlic (fresh) helps open up and clear sinuses and it is also a natural antibiotic.
NO DAIRY PRODUCTS! They thicken mucous and make colds feel worse.

Put a teaspoon of honey into a cup of greentea and drink this at least once a day....... I haven't had a cold or anything since I started doing this.
BUT...... and THIS is the important part!!
Homegrown honey is made up of all the natural pollens native to YOUR area. When you ingest them in that form your body builds an immunity to them slowly thus protecting you from them when allergy season hits... so TRY and find honey that was made in your own area, or as close as is absolutely possible...... not some commercial brand that was made in bumfucked egypt!!

Buy 1 box nyquil nightime geltabs, 1 large bottle of nyquil nighttime liquid, and some zinc tablets.
Take about 3 times the recomended dosage of zinc, eat 4 gel tabs and place bottle on bedside table. Lay down. When you awake pop another zinc and swig the bottle. Repeate for 24-36 hours and then drink tons of OJ or other citrus juice. You will be good to go.Comment
