Brad, no I wouldn't. However if they allowed 2c bids you would get very low traffic amounts, even with 3c you get low traffic.

Interesting - I do some XML distributing... and I see 1c and 2c clicks from time to time. I didn't look around to find their official minimum bid as I assumed they didn't have one.
