Don't feel guilty and don't hate yourself for this... it is not weakness. Some people give it more than one try then succeed.

"I sometimes think that life is too serious to take seriously and I've come to the conclusion that life is in fact a game. And it matters not about the triumphs and disappointments, the successes and failures, the winning and loosing... all that really matters is how you play the game".
Let me dig out the author tomorrow morning and wish you another couple of prosperous years :) |

The decision is up to you. Are you going to listen to the others give you shit because they too are probably too weak to quit smoking or are you going to make up YOUR OWN MIND as to how you will lead your life? What's more important? Their opinion of you or your opinion of yourself. It's one thing to say "I know I SHOULD quit"..it's quite another to say "I Know I WANT to quit!" Good luck in whatever you choose! |
As someone already said, some people need more than one try to quit.
Next time you try, drink lots of water, juice and tea. You may want to stop by www.quitnet.net some useful tips there. Good luck man! :thumbsup |
I read that actual *physical* addiction to nicotine lasts only 7 days after you stop using it. So if you can get past the first week, the rest is just breaking a bad habit and getting over your routine patterns...
