Well, it's bad all year long but the difference I see w/ it during the Holidays is that people tend to think that it's ok to drive like a retard.

there are a ton of cummuters and blue hairs that usually ride the bus or train or whatever that choose to drive during the holidays. there, the chaos ensues.
