    CCBill contract

    Ok this is getting to be very frustrating. I have been with CCBill ever since Globill went out. At first I only sent them a partial contract. That was my mistake, but since then I have sent the whole contract 2 times. They still say that they never received it....which means I cannot get my money.

    What the hell?? Now what? Ive alreadt sent it a couple times, why send it again. Its their mistkae and no one seems to want to fix it, they just tell me to resend it. Its getting very old.

    Help?
    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                  No I didnt send it through the mail. I faxed it.

                  It went through. Funny though. They got the partial contract I sent at the beginning but never the full thing I sent 2 times after that to the same fax number.

                              Heh. I have that problem too. Usually, they get it on the third fax.

                              If all else fails, scan the signed contract and e-mail it to your customer rep as an attatchment. Let em print it out...no different than a fax.
