    a couple photoshop questions

    ok, i knew how to do this before but for some reason i can't figure it out now.

    when cropping a pic, what do i have to do to get the width and the height the same?

    also how do i get a bold black border around the cropped pic?

          Black border use the "stroke" function in the 2nd pull down menu.

              thanks battus! one more thing tho, for some reason it won't let me pick the stroke thing, like its not available.

                  Ok,

                  Go to the layers tab, hold the layer you want to stroke and drag it into the "new layer" icon at the bottom.

                  Im pretty sure you can stroke it now.

                      Hold down the shift key and crop, then apply the stroke.
