Why are all the suspects on "COPS" shirtless?
What is it with the trailer dwelling sect of the north American population? Is it really because of inbreeding?
And, why does the cop have to yell an order fifteen times before the shirtless shitheaded suspect figures out how to kneel down and put his hands behind his head? Should they teach this in public trailerpark school from kindergarten up? How can there BE so much retardedness in the world? How??

Right now the crooks up here are wearing parkas. But in the summer yes, some suspects on our comparable show "To serve and protect" are also shirtless. That's why I said "North America" rather than just America.
See, Canada actually makes up most of N. America, you know, in case you didn't know.
