1. Where is the best place to incorparate online?
2. Do you have to incorporate in the state you live in? 3. If not what state is the best for online buisness? 4. How long does it generally take? Thanks |

Hi,
I would use: http://www.ailcorp.com If you don't want to incorp. in your state use Del, or NV. Incorp as a C corp, but ask your Accountant first, and in DE, usually takes 1-3 days through ail. peace Todd
