I'm sure it wasn't Quickbuck's main server, it was their bullet proof landing page server I'm sure. If you were a real mailer you'd have your own hosting, and if you were a real mailer you wouldn't bitch at someone else's bp hosting going down when they're hosting landing pages for you for free.

I got a life friend. And I had a long chat with Wiseman lat night. I assumed I needed to use the "Bulk Mail" links for my mailer even though it was double-opt. I made this assumption after I read the TOS that specifically stated "no spam". I take full responsibility for my actions so

are there actually strong laws in UK and Australia against spamming? I can't see anyone getting extradited to the US to face charges.

I dunno about Oz but in the UK spamming is punishable by a 5000 pound fine, for residents of the EU only. In Italy I think you can get a 90 000 euro fine and three years in jail.
