Yep, I've noticed all kinds of cheating. Figuring out that something is wrong is step one. What to do about it? Some times that's harder.
Here's an easy one to execute. You have a TGP and someone submits a gallery with the ccBill code on top. It's easy to change the link to a different affilaite code on the fly. As for the redirects. I've seen that happen to galleries submitted to my TGP, by me and others. Sometimes tricky to figure out, but learning along the way. That's why we check our site manually as often as possible. Automated scans don't catch everything. If you just auto check to see if the gallery has changed and you have many free hosted galleries, you're likely to get a ton of red flags when there is nothing really wrong. Caused by banner roation etc. by the sponsor. Well that's my experience anyway. In checking by hand, cheats tend to occour in groups. In other words, there is common thread to attack. We've ended up just deleting some galleries to a specific submitter or for a specific sponsor. Not fair, but what is? |

For the record, this TGP does NOT modify your link codes!
We random redirect for trades using AWG. |

I wouldn't care if someone loaded my gallery on their server and gave me the sales. In fact the license from some content providers allow a TGP to do this when you submit a gallery. The reason to copy the gallery on to another server is to make sure the submitter cannot change the gallery and this is legit but rare since the TGP owner has to pay all the bandwidth. |
