Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Reviews

Post your Reviews!

Just got out of the film, first thought.. Excellent. I thought the effects were great, but the ending dragged on a little too long. The hobits in the ending remind me of queer eye for the straight guy, something just isn't right. Anyway, when all is done, the movie was great.

I agree the movie was great and the ending dragged on a little. I heard people while exiting saying that their glad they didn't include everything from the book otherwise it would've been 7 hrs!! But overall this movie was the SHIT! I'd go back and see it!

I liked these movies... but why did they start with book 2... It would have been better if they would have started from the beginning with the hobbit.

One of my friends said they were going to make another movie, a prequal, the hobit.

The animated one was pretty cool... I liked how they took actual characters and animated over them for a more realistic effect. But it would be very cool to have one like the other 3... be real nice for the complete boxed set.

Last night I went to the LOTR marathon. First of all I need to say that return of the king is a great movie (as are the other 2), but I feel there was something missing. I have no idea what. End the ending was just gay. Still it was better then most other movies ever made.

Well maybe it was just sitting in the cinema for 11 straight houres and seeing no nudity, I don't know.

The Fellowship of the Ring is the first book. The Hobbit, though a prequel, was written later and only touches tangentally on the "ring".
