    My high school girlfriend works at my bank

    She started a week or so ago, and I have not seen her in 10 + years.

    This bitch broke my heart in HS.

    Anyway...I went in to make a deposit into my personal account and walked right up to her at the counter. I deposited a large sum of money and then asked for my balance (its been a good year). I then asked if her husband still worked at Wal-Mart.

    I can die happy now. After seeing the look on her face.


    Anybody at your bank ever look at you funny?

                                                  I got the third degree at my own bank.

                                                  I was out of town for a few weeks recently and my checks had piled up. Some of them were big...so I walk into Washington Mutual as a 22 year old in a t-shirt, shorts, and sandals, and want to deposit the money.

                                                  The woman went over and talked to her supervisor. The supervisor came back and asked me if it was a business account, if it was for someone else, and then what kind of business it was. I said "what's it matter?" She just said "it matters". And I said internet advertising. She said "it's just that it's a lot of money."

                                                  They said that my account was new also and that was why they were asking. It was 5 months old and I had another account that was 3 years old.

                                                  My whole thing was acting like nothing was weird so they would think their behavior was strange, but I wish I had said something like "Why don't you check my account history before you offend me." I just wanted to deposit it, I wasn't even asking for a withdrawl. Kind of pissed me off.

                                                  But at the same time it was kind of fun I guess, cause how many 22 year olds can surprise the bank tellers like that? I guess I should appreciate the novelty. But I still wish I had gotten pissed, in a way.

For example, if I have a check from a company drawn from Washington Mutual and I actually bank there, whenever I cash it, can they tell that it's adult related? Because I think the sponsor had to tell the bank that it was an adult-based account when they opened it? Just wondering, because I got a weird look once when cashing a check after they looked in the pc when processing my check.

Half the time they don't even notice the #'s, they just key it in. They deal with money all day, every day, you're not shocking them with your wimpy checks. Trying to impress a bank teller with your checks is like trying to impress a janitor with the size of your shits, tough to do.
