The attrocities carried out by the crazy government over there probably at least 97% of which were never "given approval" by the dictator, that's crazy talk. He was a rich guy going from palace to palace living out the dream that most other ambitious Iraqi's would have loved to do. He was the guy with the biggest army, and in places like Iraq that's all that matters.

Cheney owns 433,333 shares of Halliburton stock, he also has the option to purchase more stocks at a set price for the next 10 years. The Iraq contracts are worth $7 billion to Halliburton. Halliburtons stocks are currently at $24.66 a share, in January they were less than $17 a share.

To make you understand further, in January Cheney's stocks were worth under $7,000,000, now they are worth $10,685,991.

Do you understand now or do you need further explanation of what a share of stock is.
