ICQ me if you like. I've programmed a script similar to these and I'll be willing to sell it for pretty cheap.

I've read some old posts regarding these 2 scripts. Someone at adultwebware said there was version 3.4 out, but when i go thier website it only says 2.x anyways, Im trying to figure out which is the best:

          1. speed when hundreds of thousands of images are in the management console.

          2. how many sites can I locate the software on.

          3. is there a backdoor on the software that requires the program to be connected to the companies server to work properly.

          4. works with videos well. (ive heard content god doesn' support the videos that well)

Please help me out guys I need this going in the next few days and would like your opinion.

          thanks

Content God is programmed in Perl, not PHP because it's not a real-timedelivery system, it's a creator and you want raw server power and flexibility in creating galleries with millions of images.

CG Lite is infinite sites on five domains. Pro is infinite sites on infinite domains.

No backdoor. Sorry, no video support currently, will be in a future version.

When the upgrade becomes available for video support on contentgod, will there be a charge to upgrade? or will it be included in the current price. Also, how soon do you look to have this feature available

AW. Unfortunately we had no time to update our website - was worried about our Client's installations and upgrades.

The latest version we have by now is 3.5
Official 4.0 will be released quite soon.

I believe tha main thing is not a version number but how it really works.

Adult-Engine works fine with 63k+ galleries on skankycelebs.com (like 640k+ content items).

                    2. how many sites can I locate the software on.
You can locate it on unlimited sites having just 1 admin interface and 1 content pool for all sites, or perform an individula installation per each domain - as you would prefer.

                    3. is there a backdoor on the software that requires the program to be connected to the companies server to work properly.
There's no any backdoor. Backdoor could make only persons for self-destroying. We have our business in a good standing during the last 2 years and our Clients' success is the only our concern.

Moreover, simultaneous to version 4.0 release, we will start offering free members area uptime monitoring - you will be able to watch stats on uptime of all your server services each 30 minutes (http / ftp / pop3 & smtp / and your members area uptime and accessibility).

                    4. works with videos well. (ive heard content god doesn' support the videos that well)
Adult-Engine works well with any kind of content, including stories, ezienes, external content, external videos, plug-ins and whatever else you may need.

YoYo, because of the very intensive programming hours required to add the new features, the 3.0 version will cost a tad more. (It's only fair. Programmers deserve to be paid for their time.)

That said, the price will be a very modest increase as I always want the program to stay well within the reach of all webmasters, even while delivering the high-end quality major companies demand.

While the price structure has not as yet been decided, the difference will likely be a few hundred dollars for the Pro, and possibly a hundred for the Lite -- that is, for those buying the new version after it's release. The upgrade for clients who already own it would be roughly half of that.

The new version is currently projected to be released in eight or nine weeks.

Amelia and A&H, much appreciate the favorable comments!!

Ahh, we must be making enough in-roads, as here come the haters. I love it!!!

First, you're claiming things second hand; that you yourself admit.

Second, our support is top-notch and already some folks who have dealt with us first-hand have already posted as much, so that is flat out bull.

Third, nope, no bugs. So sorry. One of the reasons we ARE the only CMS with a public, open, fully-functional demo is because we prove it works before you buy it.

Folks, trust the facts from ACTUAL happy purchasers and also the review of trusted third-parties with a good reputation: http://www.avnonline.com/issues/2003...0903_001.shtml

.... Meanwhile, the anonymous 34 post-ers can go to hell!!
