My wife is from Cuba and while she had her greencard, she got arrested. So they gave her a final order of deportaion, and as soon as the government changes to a " favorable " government, we have to leave...

But if you have cash. And I mean dollar bills, you can buy a very nice and big beach house, and then rent it out when he is gone.. Now I will tell you, that you would have to be ready to spend some real money getting the house re built. Castro may have been responsible for 300K deaths in Cuba...let's assume that is true for the sake of argument.
But how many MILLIONS have the Batista loyalists in Miami killed by subscribing to an old patriarchal social system that keeps Cubans perpetually poor? What worth is your freedom when you can't even eat?
At least under Castro, Cubans have health care and wealth is distributed much better than the Old Regime.
