i am a smoker, but i don't think i'm in denial... i know all the consequences of smoking and i'm trying to stop... i've already tried several times but it's pretty hard

i believe i will actually manage to quit for good very soon though

Food is neccesary, sometimes McDonalds is just easier than cooking a dinner. Beer isnt neccesary.

Rotting piles of flesh. I have never been addicted to anything in my life. I love newports I love the way they taste the give me a feeling of relaxation. I got one life to live and the only harm I do to my body is smoking. I have worked hard for everything I have earned and it's is one thing that I enjoy and that makes me a rotting pile of flesh? I have touched many people in my life and have been honest in all my dealings. If someone around me and is a non smoker and would ask me not to smoke I will gladly go out side.
