It might depend on when he trademarked his name and such as to whether he could stop them from using 'thehun' on the actual page. I've never dug that far in to the trademark site to find something like this one.

That site is infringing upon thehun.net's trademark of "TheHun" and "The Hun's Yellow Pages". I doubt its worth TheHun's time to sue over it though.Comment

hun.com is now finally accessible for us. The domain was registered since 1997, but nothing of adult nature was done with it. So I didn't mind at all the name was there. But now the owner is CLEARLY trying to go for search-engines and make people believe HIS site is the one that 'everybody's talking about' ;-)
Anyway, a clear violation of trademarks, not a tought one at all. It might some time, but I'm sure an ICANN procedure will get us this domain name now the owner of it proved he's using it for uses I have a trademark for... Shouldn't be too hard ;-)Comment

thehun.net was Created: 02 Jan 1997 10:00:00
now if thehun.com was created befre this date the hun.net has no leg to stand on, this goes back to thesex.com thingy...
