Ho wdo I get rid of an administrative email that is on file?

I have an email that says "administrative" for status but it won't allow me to delete that email address.

did you try adding another email first, then making that one the admin one? You should be able to then delete the old one.

if not call their 800 #

yep, just make another one the admin first, then it should go easy enough
