Anyone ever tried them? I got my parents a couple of their gift packages for Christmas. Never tried them myself but they look good.

My brother got my parents a really nice grill for Christmas so I figured meat would be a nice gift to go with it.

Their baked potatos are excellent too

Just make sure they take them out of the dry ice and whack them straight into the freezer when they arrive

I just ordered some for my friend's birthday. For $80, I was able to get 6 steaks, a cheesecake, and a side order of garlic mashed potatoes, she LOVED it!!

I got them:

Package 1
2 (5 oz.) Filet Mignons
2 (6 oz.) Top Sirloins
4 (4 oz.) Omaha Steaks Burgers
4 in. Carnegie Cheesecake

Package 2
4 (5 oz.) Bacon-Wrapped Filets
8 (4 oz.) Omaha Steaks Burgers

Plus, I guess they get a free gift of 6 4( oz.) burgers, a cutting board, and a set of steak knives.

It's all supposed to arrive on Decemember 18. I'll be there on the 24th, so hopefully they share.

They fucking rock. I ordered gift assortments for our entire group (@ the day job) last year for Christmas, and this year they asked if they could have the same thing. And those steakburgers are the best frozen burger you will ever eat.

Thier stuff is good as hell - but is SMALL as hell. Shit for the prices they charge I would want double the amount of meat they give ya.

Way back when adultplexx was ezgreen, I use to collect e-mail for them. At the first xmas, we got a delivery from fed ex. We were not expecting anything. The box was cold.. When we opened it, it was a very nice soft side cooler stuffed with steaks from a company just like Omaha. We got like 25 or 30 steaks. Most of them were big enough to cut inhalf and share...

We had them for like 6 months... They were great...

Over priced, IMHO. My family and I bought them for a few years while we were trying to find a good butcher. My grandfather owned a cattle ranch and we're a little picky about our beef Find a good meat market/butcher and you'll get better meat for a lot less $$$. But if you CAN'T find a good butcher, OS is good as long as you buy things on sale. We had a store down the street from us in Marietta and they had sales all the time - the internet site does also, I believe.

me too, still seems so bizar to order steaks, but hey I'm a steak lover, so if I'm ever in the States, give it a try.

Ah a question, people from other countries find this bizar, but have you ever tried horse steak, it's the best in my opinion, much more flavor. All people who like horses seem to think that it's barbaric and foreigners don't seem to know it.
