teen mega cash trouble

ok here is my probleme im gonna try to explain at the best english i can write

ive sign up to teen mega cash some days ago when i sign up ive two bill co. choice ccbil and ibill, ive choose ccbill since i already know them and im using some sponsor which are using ccbill..so all my ccbil sponsor are on the same page with different codes.., here is the trouble because ordinary after sing up im suppposed to have the teenstars link and codes with all my others ccbill account and nothing appear..ive adds the thumb rotator on my page and i just dont know how to track the hits and i dont have any stats page on ccbil..to track them

ive write to them 2 time and dont have any feedbak
does anyone have the same trouble do you understand whats i mean?

Click on "PROMOTE" to get basic linking codes,
Click on "HOSTED GALLERIES" to generated hosted gal URLs (requires a password which is in the signup email you got from ccbill)

I can see how he can be confused. I signed up and can't make heads or tails of how to get my ccbill code. It might be there but I can't find it. So I'll just promote someone else.

First why did I have 2 sign up for ibill when I wanted 2 use ccbill?

i never get any email from tmc or ccbill after my sign up! and ive sign up 2 times

I signed up and have not gotten any emails also. I looked and can't find where to get linking codes for ccbill. I'm not going 2 bother looking any more, screw' em.

too bad because id really like to promote this site..and i like the thumb rotator tools..its very cool for my sites..but i never receive any emails to confirm my sign up and i dont have any linking codes..i write two time to the webmaster and never got any response so..what should i think? does anyone ever had the same trouble?
