So do you think the U.S. Government will get a licensing package? I know that the DoD uses the internet to give courses to soldiers and sailors.

Personally if we have to license (which I will never do) then I feel that newsgroups should have to license to, aren't they promoting video downlaods in a round about way and violating the patent too?
