www.rietumu.lv - but don't mention you work in adult biz - this could be a problem

liechtenstein is the safest, but they require well into the 6 figures to start one, crinimal background check, and references.

Latvia and Cypress have good solutions. I just got setup with something over in the UK hopefully it will do well. Id becareful with using ATM's and withdrawing over $500 at a time as homeland security can get involved. Just need to be careful what all you do with your account. Theres plenty of other reasons NON illegal one would want a offshores account.. hes right if you want information search google.

Plenty of legal reasons to have a stash that no one knows about. Never know when you are going to have to bail out, and can't access your conventional funds.

Its not illegal to have an offshore account, but U.S. citizens have to list it on their taxes, and U.S. citizens are also taxed on their earnings worldwide.

If you still feel you must have an offshore account, just see a competent lawyer before doing any of this, you will save hours of aggravation and thousands in legal fees later.

yes rietumu is smaller bank but this allows you to make some very usefull transactions also if you are interested in forex trading then you'll be very happy with them.
btw wire is 20 USD in rietumu I think
