yes rietumu is smaller bank but this allows you to make some very usefull transactions also if you are interested in forex trading then you'll be very happy with them.
btw wire is 20 USD in rietumu I think

They just opened my account there, but because there is friday i cant get some more information about it.
They send by email info about my account at Parex and some intermediary bank account (Deutsche bank trust, located in NY)
Should be wires sent to the intermediary bank or to Parex bank directly?
