I have hosted galleries as well as gallery templates and free content. You can download the templates and then insert the content. I don't like to make full galleries because most people don't use them because they're too hard to get listed anywhere with the same template and content.

But I'm always up for making custom stuff for people when I have time. Let me know if there's anything I can do for you.
