I've never had any problems with them.
I do not AGGRESSIVELY promote them and every once in a while I get surprised by a check in the mail. -
They seem to love SPAMMERS cuz they don't respond to spam complaints for non email based spam

As for the original question, I stay around a 1:130 to 1:250 ratio for the most part. However, I don't presell at all like I used to. When I presold fairly hard I did 1:15 to 1:50 consistently.
