I had a very nice turbo RX7 one time, but I spent $1500 on the good greddy exhaust and high-flows cats... had a nice rumble to it and not that "fart in a coffee can" sound

only the cheap exhaust systems sound like that

There is a difference between a Ricer and a Tuner. A ricer piles his car with shit (body kits that weigh more then the car, stickers, cheesy ass wheels etc. etc.) that has no performance value and just plain looks gay to people with IQs over 100. (To each his own though). Where a tuner builds for performance.

I have a Toyota Camry back in the states. I guess that's a "rice" car. I am not crazy enough to drive here in the Philippines though. You've got to have MAD driving skills to navigate here. In the Philippines, a 6 inch gap between you and the car in front of you means that someone will CUT IN.
