    Howard Dean for President?

Given my economic intrest in the US, i try to follow the presidental election process as good as I can. Recently I have heard alot about this guy Howard Dean, so I checked around a bit. Looks like he's a very smart guy. Do you guys think he will stand a chance against Bush?

    Btw, his site is http://www.deanforamerica.com

If you do your research on Howard he went to same school as Bush a couple years younger if i remember and if you compare them they are almost exact mirrors.

      Dean = a younger mondale

Also, make sure to read the article thats been posted before that shows Dean got out of Vietnam with a half assed back injury, then spent a year as a ski bum.
Ever notice that pretty much everything added to the Constitution after the original was a mistake.

If Americans can look past his creepy smile, I think he can win. He's really been giving Bush shit recently and that's what the candidate needs to do. I'd love to see him with Clark as VP.

...and Bush fought heroically in that war right? Can you say AWOL? Dean was cleared by the draft board legally, Junior got out because his dad was rich. Think before you talk will ya?

Did I just ask rooster to think?

They both went to Yale... SO! Alot of other influential people went to Yale.

If you look at what his opinions are, you'll see that they're alot different than Bush. For example he was a critic to the war in Iraq.

I disagree, there is a reason that Dean is a Democrat and Bush is a Republican.

Dean is Pro-Choice, Bush is Anti-Abortion
Dean opposed Iraq, Bush took us there
Dean balanced the budget for 12 years as Governor of Vermont, and Bush ran up the largest federal defecit in US history

The list goes on and on...

Btw, Al Gore just announced his endorsement of Howard Dean today... must be a real bitchslap to Lieberman

i hate bush, but he is here for another 4 years. unless you believe the govt is behind 9-11 then bush just did too good of a job handling that.

iraq needed to be done. isreal needs to be done next.

I don't even think Lieberman thinks he can win at this point.

Clark as VP would probably help bagging the right leaning democrats and some republicans.
