to encourage more webmasters to come forward with the crime of stealing money. I understand a lot of webmasters really do need the money they will be getting taken for and want nothing more than to pay their bills.If someone has VALID and UNDENIABLE proof that they are shaving there should be some kind of compensation for the webmaster so those of us who do send honest traffic wont get ripped off anymore

You could also do it as an anonymous system in case the webmaster doesnt want any ill blood or to cause any possible problems between himself and the sponsor in the future.

I know of 6 programs that shave, I seen their admin spoken to their developers and guess what I can guarantee that 90% of all PPS programs shave and if they havent so far they will have to do it soon or lower their payout.

You know very well that I was talking about those sponsors with the per signup programs.

I only promote rev share where I can login to the billers stats, and I send a huge amount of signups daily.
