basically the new law requires a remove link, and creates criminal penalties to anyone sending out mail with forged info. and the owner of any site that is advertised via these methods, regardless of whether or not eh spammer is tracked down.

and it bans cell phone spam, which iv never recieved but i guess its a big issue in some places.
