A 25-year-old man died in Rhode Island when the inner tube he was riding on, towed behind a truck, hit a utility poll.

inner tubes are meant to be towed by boats. I spend most of my summer in one!!!!!!

They were drunk too. Driver is being charged.

Another person was killed by a train when they were riding their ski mobile on the tracks.

because logically an inner tube would be the perfec thing to drag across concrete. something with wheels on it would just be tacky.
