I don't know, I'd expect the majority of people in this industry to at least realise we are selling a fantasy. Looks like I was wrong. All the propaganda is even working for the sellers. It shows how powerful it is!

My guess is a decent amount of the turds here got in to the business because they thought it would open a door to allow them to live the fantasy. Some of them are probably still not clued in. Even though they are still sitting there in the same fast food stained t-shirt, same crusty jizz sock on the floor by their chair and no chicks within 5 square miles of them. Just like before they even opened their first free host account. All the time wondering when being a net pimp is gonna pay off and finally get them laid.

You are exactly right. Just look at the banners targetted at adult webmasters for your proof. T&A sells to this group as much as it sells to Joe Porn Surfer.
I have an extensive background dealing with adult webmasters, and almost without exception they are exactly as you describe above - in a fantasy world.
