Just got a new monitor

and MAN is it HUGE, two inches makes a big difference

It's not new, but it's in great condition!
I was stuck on an old 14" that barely ran 800X600 for a few days since my 17" died, and even my backup monitor died on me, that really sucked hard but now all is good, and I love the contest Lens is running, gonna bring the board back to it's feet in no time

I can't stand 17"... Even my two 19"s are starting to seem a little small

My next purchase will be a pair of 19" LCDs though.

tight. I bought a 19" KDS monitor.. it broke ... i called them up for a replacement, they had no more similar models so they just gave me a 21" newer model!

I recently got an IIYAMA 19" (HM903DT) monitor. I think it's the best buy at the moment. I love it

used Viewsonic's for years now - 17" - 19"
now have a MItsubishi NX86LCD - really like this monitor, especially like how much room it frees up on the desk.

A good monitor can last a long time. I was using a ten-year-old NEC until three years ago...it had outlived about five computers! There hasn't been much they can do to improve CRT picture quality on high end monitors after around 1990, just changes to the cable interface to add plug-and-play and such, and weight reduction.
