Also, its no longer pathetic to meet girls online.. i know of a lot of successful couples that met on here.. this could be your ideal forum because you dont have to worry about facing them yet.. you can just charm them online first.. and by the time you meet them you will be confident that they like you because they have gotten to know you online.

#1: Start hanging out with your female friends. You'll meet their friends, and their friends, and so on.
#2: Participate in social activities. Preferably things you find interesting. That way, you'll meet women who are also into those things. Could be anything from sports to political debates.

Oh, and also: go to parties. A party is the perfect place to meet women in a non-threatening environment.

Hes new to the city .. so he may not have female friends or party invitations.
