Have you guys heard about anything that some affiliate program requires webmaster to fax the information to them before the application for affiliate will be reviewed. Anyone of you has that kinda of experiences?

I had to fill out some tax forms for mac & bumble in order to get paid. Was annoying but wasn't a big deal.

What's the big deal??..I mean if you have nothing to hide it's just a measure to "help" weed out some of the cheaters.
