Take a good look at www.apollos-temple.com They have "Reddy Freddy's Movie Posting Forum" which is a moderated forum where participants are encouraged to post links to video content. They're essentially facilitating (ie aiding and abetting) a place where copyright is infringed and content providers are robbed. This vile activity is being monetized by supporting several gay programs. There are potentially 3 stakeholders who are potentially, contingently liable for Reddy Freddy's slimey activities (which no doubt they will attempt to justify with reference to Terms and Conditions) - 1) Sponsors 2) The Hosts 3) Surfers If you are one of the above and associated with www.apollos-temple.com there is reason to be concerned. |
