IE Keeps freezing.
No, i don't want to download another browser. I already have other browsers, but i do use IE from time to time. And i have already formatted my computer (not to fix this, but for another reason) and it is still happening.
Sometimes, when i click a link that is set to open in a new window, internet explorer just freezes. I have no idea why. How do i fix this?

Make sure you are all up to date on patches, make sure you do not have any IE plugins installed besides Flash, make sure there are no programs running on your PC that may tap in to IE somehow.
