A little Dell buying secret.
Dell issues time limited stackable coupons for registered small business customers which can be purchased for pennies on ebaY. Using three Dell coupons I was able to save 27% ($400) on my last new computer. http://search.ebay.com/search/search...0&BasicSearch=
