Terrorism works when its a constant state of fear, that occurs with a constant string of attacks failed and/or successful. But since 9/11 there havent been any. So its just more propaganda. I mean if they were this concerned about terrorism beforehand we wouldnt be in this situation in the first place, but why argue something thats obviously not meant for argument.

They don't actually care if an attack goes thru successfully or not... the whole idea is to keep everyone on pins and needles.
