Since people are making the thread move up (bumping)...I guess I did a good thing by bringing it here. I must admit I was a bit worried simply because I don't know how "respected" these people are in the GFY community.

Got no respect for thieves. Even less for some assclown who wants to 'educate' more surfers about the joys of charging back.

I say do some more digging - post ALL thei program info here. Also, post any programs that are in the consoles. I want to know who's in bed with these guys.

All I know is he showed that site to one of my operators and told her it was his baby. Tobin I am speaking of. He told her he was going to teach people how to charge back porn. She is NOT web savvy at all, and really doesn't understand the technical side of business, but she's far from stupid.

When Tobin kept telling me I don't see the big picture yet and how funny it was I didn't understand until I spoke with the operator and she gave me the link to the site he plans to develop.

While on the phone with Dustin owner of www.livewebfriends.com and from my understand many other sites I told him about Tobin's plans. He said he didn't know anything about it and I said for his sake I hope he didn't. When I called him back I asked him if he confronted Tobin about the website and he told me that he did...his words were "Tobin thinks he can change the visa rules with this" and I said "And YOU'RE OKAY with this???" and he said yes.

doing a chargeback can actually effect your credit status and can be blacklisted from merchants who use certain fraud screening companies. They should also state that, also the fact that its complete fraud. chargebacks suck big time, the buyer is way to much protected and selling just cant do shit about it.

Where did you read that chargebacks can hurt your credit? That would be a good thing to post near the cancellation page if it's true.

I am not sure what his last name is. He's not listed in the whois information for the site he says he owns. The guy who did the charge backs is.
