If you are referring to the NASA proposed moon-trip project for next year......I think its' a great idea.
Hell yeah! I remember watching every moon landing from when I was 6 years old in 69 (apollo 11), onwards. It was amazing to watch.
I think it would be just what the space program needs to get some momentom going again....the space shuttle project is pretty played out.

Think about the boost to the space program....the advancement of mankind.....Do you think that we could "afford" the moon shots that we took in 69 and through the 70s? HELL NO! We could have spent the money on other stuff then also, but we were right to go then , and I think we're right to go now.
