I asked this the other day but it got buried faster than my mouth in a girls poonani on a fri night.

Quite a lot of people use autoresponders - like Aweber for example - for their newsletters, you might like to consider doing that

This used to be called Mojo Mail, they just renamed it to Dada Mail (which I think sounds stupid), but it was recomended to me (although I've yet to use it). It might be what you're looking for
