i ordered that james bond camera from them last week and paid extra for airborn overnight. it was late so i wrote them a polite email about it and this is what they wrote back:

Unfortunatley, Airborne did not pick up packages from us on Friday, therefore, your order was not shipped out until yesterday. I am showing that this package has now been delivered and I have refunded the shipping costs you paid for this order back to your credit card.

i wouldnt go as far as to say fantastic, they promised something that wasn't delivered but paid for, they're obligated to refund that money
