Registering a company in Gibraltar

I'm in the process of registering a company in Gibraltar with them:

http://www.offshoregibraltar.com/

They seem to be serious. Does anyone know them ?
I would like to know before sending them some money.

If you have a company in Gibraltar, who made it for you ?

Thanks in advance.

Yes and also, they don't trade any informations with other countries regarding the money you make.

Well in Gibraltar you don't have to pay any tax at all. BUT, when you transfer funds from gibraltar account to your "own country" bankaccount you have to pay tax over it....SO you have to open Girbraltar company, bankaccount, and debit card

If you are in adult, which I suppose you are, it might be better to open a BVI company, and do the banking bit in Gibraltar.
Jyske, Credit Suisse or Royal Bank of Scotland are good I've heard...

Check out what's happening in the future with companies there, you'll find it's not all it appears to be if your using it for an eu account with a billing company.

We looked into it a while ago and depending on where your from you might actually be better with a UK company that's registered to someone outside of the UK.

I am going to London in Jan to open a new Company, but what will happen after 2007 with Gibraltar? So probably change my mind and open it for there, but I am still not sure what will happen when gibraltar is not longer part of the UK
