It depends if there is anything urgent to do online, if not, that's no problem ...

Yes, I don't like it when I have to go more than 24 hours without being able to check on things.

when the internet is down, I kinda feel like my pc is useless

I remember when the microsoft worm was out and I was on vacation.. I left my computers on like I always do. I was very worried those 3 days =(

Yea im in a hotel now in the florida keys pay a little more for the DSL, cant handle the dialup
