Do you get x-mas gifts for affiliates?
is it recommended to get your affiliates an x-mas gift?
maybe just an extra $100 or a card or something? i was thinking like the top 10 guys, or anyone doing any decent volume .... or anyone that i know can send more traffic than they currently do
